How does booking work?+
Submit the booking form or send a WhatsApp message with your concept, placement, ideal size, and dates. Lobo replies personally within 24–48 hours with pricing, available dates, and any clarifying questions.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment date and is applied to the final session cost. The amount depends on the project size and is confirmed at booking.
Pricing structure+
Tattoo pricing is based on size, detail, and total estimated time. Most sessions range from $300 to $2,500+ USD. Piercings are priced per service and include jewelry. A clear quote is provided before any deposit is requested.
Mobile and villa sessions+
Available across Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the Riviera Maya. A travel fee may apply depending on location. Your space must allow for proper lighting, hygiene, and a stable setup.
Travel & tourist clients+
Most clients fly in for their session. We finalize design and confirm timing before your arrival so your trip stays focused on the experience.
Tattoo healing expectations+
Initial healing takes 2–3 weeks. Full settling and color/contrast finalization takes 2–3 months. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided and sent digitally after your session.
Hygiene & sanitation+
Single-use needles and cartridges, autoclaved equipment, draped clean stations, fresh disposable barriers each session. Medical-grade soap, distilled water, and certified inks only.
How to prepare for your appointment+
Hydrate well, eat a full meal, avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior, wear comfortable clothing that exposes the area. Bring snacks and a charged phone.
Touch-ups+
One complimentary touch-up within 90 days of healing, if needed. Travel-related touch-ups are arranged case by case.
Piercing questions.
How do I book a piercing?+
Use the booking form and select Piercing as your service, or message on WhatsApp. Walk-ins are not accepted — every piercing is by appointment to keep sessions private and unhurried.
What does healing look like?+
Healing times vary by placement. Earlobes typically settle in 6–8 weeks, while cartilage, navel, and nipple piercings can take 6–12 months to fully heal. Clean twice daily with sterile saline and avoid rotating the jewelry.
Jewelry guidance+
Only implant-grade titanium and solid 14k gold are used for fresh piercings. Downsizing to a shorter post is recommended once initial swelling has gone down — usually 4–8 weeks after the appointment.
Age requirements+
Clients must be 18 or older. Minors are not pierced, regardless of parental consent.
